    With great pleasure we would like to introduce the third edition of "Journal of Modern Management Process" (JMMP) devoted to issues related to the instruments used in project management and managerial processes performed within organizations. Our goal is to present contemporary methods and techniques used by managers of companies and the directions of their application and improvement.

    Among various topics presented in this issue attention should be drawn to articles about the application of the agile project management concept from the perspective of controlling processes. Author is trying to show that classical project control methods can also be applied in agile project management such as SCRUM. Other authors take up subjects such as characteristics of the basic functions of the integrated ERP system in the context of supporting the logistics processes in the enterprise, classical and contemporary concepts of improvement of management processes and processes, risk identification and management, innovation, e-negotiations, new motivation and competence improvement tools, and alternatives to the traditional start-up marketing model

    With great pleasure we would like to introduce the second issue of "Journal of Modern Management Process" (JMMP) devoted to problems related to the improvement of management processes in organiza-tions. Our goal is to describe contemporary methods and techniques used in the management of organiza-tions and the directions of their application in practice.
        This issue consists of 10 articles covering broad range of subjects from: quality management, role of continuous improvement of the methods and techniques used by managers of modern companies in production, controlling and marketing. Japanese management methods and techniques and their application in a Polish enterprise are characterized i.e. Total Quality Management, Just In Time, Lean Management and Continuous improvement. The second part of the issue presents specific methods and management techniques ie. Business Intelligence, outsourcing and personnel management in international and culturally diversified companies. Last two articles in this issue deal with the processes, methods and techniques used to manage marketing activities within an enterprise. Authors describe the use of content marketing and Inbound Marketing. The main thesis in these articles is that the tools used in traditional marketing have become insufficient, and businesses need to be more proactive in using communication technology and respond to the challenges of ever-increasing use of the Internet by their customers.

    With great pleasure we would like to introduce the first issue of "Journal of Modern Management Process" (JMMP) devoted to issues related to the instruments and management processes performed in organizations. Our goal is to present contemporary methods and techniques used in the management of organizations and the directions of their application in practice.

    We decided that the journal will be published only electronically, free of charge and with unrestricted access, because this form in our opinion, will be the primary means of popularizing scientific achievements in the near future.

    Main goal of this journal, is to be a platform for exchange of knowledge and experience in the area of process management in companies and organizations. The topics will include mainly the issues of: management in the information society, project management, strategic management, process management, information management, quality management, innovation and development.
