Reduction of non-conforming products using TQM − case study

Abstract

This article is a literature analysis on the subject of continuous improvement and related to it concept of Total Quality Management. It also contains a case study of a medium-sized company from galvanizing industry, in which there were many non-conforming products. Article therefore proposes individual solutions to solving problems, using tools, methods and values recommended by TQM.
